## Privacy Policy

**Effective Date:** July 26, 2026

**Last Updated:** July 26, 2026

**Ice Phi LLC** ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website, use our developer portal, utilize our application programming interfaces (APIs), or deploy our AI prompt injection defense gateway products (collectively, the "Services"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
## 1. Information We Collect About You

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:

   - Identity and Contact Data: Name, username or similar identifier, billing address, email address, and telephone number.

   - Account and Transaction Data: Details about subscriptions, payments, and billing history processed securely via our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

   - Technical and Usage Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Services.

   - API Telemetry & Zero-Logging Commitment: Metadata required to route and secure API traffic (such as request headers, timestamps, and aggregate error counts) may be processed to maintain our Services. However, we do not log, store, or retain the content of text payloads, prompts, or inputs sent through our API endpoints for threat analysis. Once a security evaluation is completed, the text data is immediately discarded.

## 2. How We Collect Your Information

We collect this information:

   - Directly from you: When you fill out forms, register an account, subscribe to our services, communicate with us via email or support channels, or make a purchase.

   - Automatically as you navigate through our Services: Through cookies, server logs, and other tracking technologies as you interact with our website and developer portal.

   - From third parties: Such as payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and authentication providers.

## 3. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

   - To present our Services and their contents to you.

   - To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.

   - To process transactions, manage subscriptions, and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.

   - To monitor, analyze, and secure our infrastructure and developer portal.

   - To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

   - To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.

   - To notify you about changes to our Services or any products or services we offer or provide.

   - In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.

   - With your consent.

## 4. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

  - To our subsidiaries and affiliates.

  - To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business (such as cloud hosting providers, API management platforms like Zuplo, and payment processors like Stripe) who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

  - To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request.

  - To enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.

  - If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ice Phi LLC, our customers, or others.

## 5. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and handled by certified third-party processors.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

## 6. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Because we do not log API request text payloads, prompt data is never retained on our servers.
## 7. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on our website home page or via email. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
